I have recently attended one of Ally’s cooking sessions. I am quite a nervous cook but her session was fun, engaging and a really positive experience. There was no judgement about my current cooking and nutrition knowledge which made me feel at ease.
I have learnt how to make a delicious meal for my family which I know they will enjoy and have also picked up some top tips on how to liven up my meals at home.
I also find Ally’s Instagram account really informative with step by step instructions to make tasty but easy meals.
I really enjoyed it and thought it was a really quick and easy meal for parents to do alone and also alongside their child as a nice activity to do together. It was a really affordable meal that involved ingredients that could be used for more than just one meal.
I thought you had everything prepared beautifully and gave a lot of information that wasn't just how to make it but also the goodness that goes into it by explaining the ingredients and the portion sizes.
I also loved that everyone was able to take part and was involved in the process from start to finish
We all need a little health in our lives, but I never had the time to make tasty and healthy food. So I joined Foodage4thought's workshops and learnt dozens of ways to make the most tasty food imaginable, which just happened to be healthy. In my day to day life I was always too busy to make healthy food and often resorted to unhealthy pre-made food from stores. After the workshop I was able to make a full meal quick enough to still enjoy my evening after work.
